I ordered a spa cover on-line. I had to give dimensions for the type of cover needed and had to select what materials would be used for the foam inside. Affordable Spa Covers had a very comprehensive, legitimate-looking site, and I paid by credit card. I never actually spoke to a salesperson. When the cover didn't arrive within a month or so, I called the company numerous times and left messages (also via e-mail) and finally was told that the cover was delayed due to supply chain issues with the foam. I tried to reach them again in the autumn with no luck, and then sent another e-m in Nov./Dec., at which point I said that I would have to report them to the Better Business Bureau if I didn't hear back from them. I then received an e-mail saying that they expected to get the foam in in the next couple of months and that I should receive the cover in March. I tried to contact them recently and received no response. The cover never came.
