I have spoke to a guy named Kha from the Spa Supply INC, who claimed to be the company's manager, and he had ordered us 8 pedicure chairs worth $13,600. As Instructed, Kha told me to write him a check worth $13,600 to Spa Supply INC, and sent it to him via texting. He told us the chairs will arrived on Monday, May 23th. He also assured that if the company fails to deliver the chairs on time they will pay for any damage its cost to our nail salon. Not only the chairs hadn't arrived on the correct day, when I called Kha, he told me that the chairs haven't been ship yet. He then told us that the chair will be ship on May 23th and will be delivered by the 27th or 28th at the latest. I requested him to delay the delivery until Monday, May 30th because it is more convience for us to close on that holiday and install the chairs. However, on Monday, May 30th the chairs still haven't been delivered. I gave him a call, he said he forgot that Monday, May 30th is on Memorial Day and the trucking company won't deliver the chairs on a holiday. Kha then told me to wait for him for 10 mins; he will call me back. Kha then called me back about 10 mins later and told me that he had contacted MR. Obama (our president) and he told Kha that no one should be working on Memorial Day and demanded us to wait another day for the chairs to be delivered. Then we waited for another day, on Tuesday, May 31th I called Kha again and he said the trucking company had made their way to deliver our chairs from 7:00 AM and will be delivered by 10:00 AM of the same day. I called Kha back around 11:00 AM, and told him the chairs still haven't been arrived. Kha told me that he called the trucking company and they told him that it will be deliver on the same day by 2:00 PM . Finally I called kha at 1:00PM to comfirmed on the delivery Kha then told us that the chairs had been arrived in St. Louis, and we can go over there to pick it up. I told him we can't and we will not because I pay for the chairs to be deliver here at the nail salon. I told him that I will no longer wait for the delivery and he will have to pay for our damage on the nail salon upon later delivery. I cancelled the order of the chairs and Kha said that according to the contract, we cannot cancelled the order. I asked Kha that we did not signed any contract and we will not be responsible for their faults. I told Kha that I will contact the police to report on him and the company he works for. Kha told me to go ahead and report them, and it will cause me more damage than good. Kha said I can either wait for the chairs to be deliver by tomorrow or to do whatever I want. He aslo stated that his company will not pay for any damages that they had caused for us.
