Shipping fraud

They claimed to have a package shipped to me. After I paid "refundable" costs to have it transmitted to the east coast . They continued to email me more charges to "certify " documents. After paying so much, I paid "the last" charges to have it delivered so I could get my refundables, they just continue to ask for more money in form of gift cards or zelle transfers. I should've known but the emails and tracking page were saying the same thing. So I made payments to just get my refunds & pay off $ I borrowed. Let's just say that I'm out of a good chunk of change & they are now asking for 6500 for custom seals & stamps. I've learned a very expensive lesson, but I'm on liver transplant list and my disease causes hepatic encephalopathy which makes me make irrational decisions and I was taken advantage of. I'm trying to figure out whom to go after with AG of my state and the state where it was supposedly shipped from. Every contact this company had is either just been setup or is just a txt number where it's supposed customer service. Anyone have an idea of how to get my large refunds please let me know. Do not mess with this supposed company
