They called me saying that my computer was getting accessed from Germany and some one is pulling out my banking information.They got connected to my computer and told me they have to fix it. Took my Credit card numbers and told me to log in into my email and then told me to leave the computer unattended for 2 hours. Later i found out they took the authorization from my email saying that they have built an website for me and charged my VISA card with $215. Please help me with this i dont know what should i do. They keep on calling and get on my computer even without i allow them i dont know how but they do. The other day i saw them transfering pictures and some documents from my computer.
