I purchased 2 pairs of pants from this website. I received 2 pants. Both were incorrect and not anything as described. In trying to return and obtain a refund the company would not accept and did not try to correct. In addition tried to negotiate a small return of $13 and have me keep the merchandise. They would not replace any item and did not offer to correct the items that were wrong.

Spacehy is a company that sells clothing. I purchased two pairs of jeans from them. After weeks and weeks of waiting when they finally arrived, I found out that not only did they send me a knockoff from what the original pants look like online, but also the wrong color, the wrong size, and the wrong length. Obviously, I cannot wear these pants and reached out to them for a return request. The total cost of the merchandise was over $76. They offered me $15 and told me I can keep my merchandise. I told him I have no use for the merchandise and would like my full money back. This email thread went on for about three weeks. The most they offered me was $25 and for me to keep my merchandise or return the merchandise with me paying for the return back to China which is outrageously expensive. Because it has now been over 30 days (supposedly their policy) with them going back and forth with the emails, I’m sure that was their strategy in prolonging this with emails, they don’t guarantee me any money back now because it’s been over 30 days. What a scam!!
