A guy came to my door n asked if I wanted to save money and I said why wouldn't I n He said can u log into ur acct all I got to do is apply the discount code he said they are smart energy n it isn't anything added but they offer more discounts on top of Delmarva's. I'm not on Delmarva's acct I'm not married n I never agreed or signed anything they said my first name and my boyfriends last name when calling me back which I never use n said how did he get ur first n last name I said he didn't obviously. Long story short they said anyone can enroll u just have to be 18 u don't need to be the acct holder n they don't even verify ur a household member.
