Downloaded "FREE" Spark Trust PC Cleaner.

After download they wanted money before proceeding with the scan.

I refused considering it false advertisement.

I immediately tried to contact the company, but being right before a holiday was unable to speak with their support...no problem.

I then tried to uninstall the program and was unable to do so.

NOW every time I sign on to my pc, their page pops up and wants me to run the scan.

Now I can't even pull up their contact info to forward on to you

Their program is continuously locking up my pc, and I want the darn thing removed.

Any suggestions?
