I ordered 2 zoom rides for my kids Christmas Nov 25th 2023. Emailed them for tracking numbers several times. They just kept telling me they were on there way and not to worry. Even told them it was Christmas gifts. Never received my order. 90 dollars gone.

Charged my credit card for 2 items, emailed some information about the purchase. They never sent a tracking number and didn't respond to my emails.

Purchased 2 Zoom rides and emailed the company 3 times with no response. Email states that order was confirmed and never received tracking info and cannot get anyone to respond to me.

The scam was to buy a power wheel. The company charged my card and even sent out a shipping notification a couple days later. However, the shipping notification when clicked on just said order confirmed. I have tried emailing the company multiple times with no response.
