This scammer advertises teacup yorkie puppies for sale for 500.00 he asks for half the money up front then requests the buyer pay him the rest of the balance on a prepaid Visa card. He will ask the buyer to take a picture of the front and back of the card and send to him .when the buyer goes to pick up their puppy there is no one at the house address and the money on the Visa card has already been spent
