I ordered shoes and bows for my daughter's birthday party, and I was told that they would be ready to ship this week. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact the owner, but I see that she has a pattern of not answering questions or anything about the product and the shipment. I have read reviews on Etsy.com, and I feel like this is pretty much a scam artist that is stealing money from mothers trying to make their daughters beautiful.
