The various different things that do not make sense are: the company is called sparklingmeLLC. The website is mis-spelled as www.spaklingyou.com. The refund policy says that it cannot refund paper products and various items, but there are no paper products listed. It also says that it had a 30 day refund policy but after 30 days there is no refund. The address listed on the website for the company is the address of a Fedex shipping center in Grand Rapids Michigan, which is not possible that this company is located inside of a Fedex warehouse.
I placed an order on the 12th of April and received an order confirmation email from sparklingforstaff@gmail. I was charged $18.95 on my card and i had selected 5-day shipping. I replied to that email asking if this was real or not and if the products were going to be shipped within 5 days. I got a REPLY to one email saying that due to COVID 19 to allow a 4 week shipping window and if a refund was wanted to request it with the order number. The refund policy said that after 30 days there is no refund. I wrote an email asking about the fact that if there was a 4 week shipping window and that after 30 days there was no longer availability for refund, how does that work. Also, I asked if there are any other ramification such as later billings and asked how is it profitable to have a 100% discount or if there is anything else that will be owed after. I did not get an answer.
Note: I then also looked up if there was any other information about this website being a scam and there were at least 4 or 5 different websites or blogs that stated that this website was a scam. There were also other people commenting on it saying that they had made purchases and they were all waiting for their products, but these were all within this last week. However there was one lady who commented that she had placed the order on 4 April and still did not have product. So, per the evidence i could see from other comments from people, nobody had received any product at all.
The day after I sent the email, the website had been taken down and it had another website, under the same www.sparklingme.com website address, but it was called "Delilahhh" and then today there is another name "Beauty babes 521" listed as "coming soon".
I then wrote 3 more emails asking for a refund of the $18.95 of shipping that i was charged. I did not get an answer.
I researched the the business name in Michigan and it is listed as SPARKLINGME LLC, and it is a Domestic Limited Liability Company with the Identification number: 802416640.
