I ordered products in Aug and still have not received them. I emailed was told order was being processed but have heard nothing since. Not replying to my emails now either

I ordered beard growth oil online as a gift. I paid and was sent an email confirmation but after about a month they still hadn't sent any shipping information and after numerous attempts to contact the company I still haven't heard back or received any further information about my order.
