I was contacted on 10/21/20, by Spartan and was told that i owed on a previous loan from 2013. They stated they would cut my payment down to 500.00 if i paid today. If not they would garnish my wages. When i asked for proof of what was owed they stated they would send me information via email and never did. I have had to contact my bank and cancel everything due to this scam! they called from a 4809773216 number.

I have been receiving daily call from Spartan United Asset Group (401)415-6848. Telling me I owe GE Consumer $11k. They will not give me the company address when I ask. They hang up.

I received a phone call from Spartan United assets group this morning stating that I had a credit card debt with capital one owing $1788 but they would settle for $600 today so I hung up with them called capital one and they could find no record of me ever having a credit card with them and told me to report them because it sounded like a scam I tried to call them back and now they are ignoring me so I would like to have this taken care of

I got a call today from an Antonious at Spartan United Asset Group. He said I was about to be garnished on a bill from a long time ago and that I had declined to pay in 2013. He tried to get me to agree to a payment plan or a one-time payment of 395.80. I told him to send me information through email several times and he would never respond to that request. He kept redirecting our conversation. He told me he would call me back tomorrow, but every time I tried to call him on the same day of our initial conversation, it kept going to voicemail. This is a scam.

I was called by Spartan United Asset Group on 9/28/2020 saying I owed $4000+ on a credit card account that I never had. They threatened me that I was going to have my wages garnished if I didn’t agree to pay a payoff balance of $1000+ to have this nonsense go away. When I begin to ask when this account was created and the information for the law firm overseeing this account the lady I was speaking to who also mentioned she was the only person I could speak to and that she reports to nobody else. I stated that everyone has a boss unless this is her company. She stated no it’s not her company and refuse to listen to anything I said unless I decided I would pay. She said she was the one who signs off on the forms and I would start being garnished in a week or two time frame. Then she hung up the phone. Upon calling back. I was transferred to her again when I ask to speak to manager and she stated she was the only person I would speak to and hung up again. The lady name is Grechlin Davis. The number that contacted me was 834-272-0232. I tried calling back several times in hope I would get someone sensible on the line but the would place me on hold or forward me to a VM with a voice of a man thats definitely suffering from certain mental challenges and disabilities. Personally I feel like having a VM as such is disrespectful and definitely not professional. If anyone else has had dealings with this company please chime in on what you had to do and the outcome

I received a call today 8/28/20 from 971-239-1690 ext 201 stating that I owe for a balance for a PT CRUISER that was sent through bankruptcy, but a balance was remaining and they needed a payment of $105.00 today. They were sending me a email confrontation for the payment, but i never received it. I want to file a fraud complaint with this company today.

Spartan United Asset Group calls my 75 year old parents' house and leaves threatening messages without every stating their name or business making claims about rights forfeiture, and seizure of assets. I called back and asked the name of the company which the representative told me was Spartan United Asset Group.

ME: I received a message that was entirely unprofessional and unethical.

THEM: It was a wrong number.

ME: Why do you needed me to call you back and call you out to not call the wrong number and threaten random senior citizens?

THEM: I'm not here to listen to your grief.

Spartan's number is 775 461 2523 if anyone wants to call them and issue randomized and baseless verbal aggressions at whoever answers the phone.

I got a call on a bill over 17 years ago, they directed me to Lakeshore Financial Service and they threaten to garnish my disability, so I agreed to pay a final agreement on it. I was to receive an email after making a 100.00 payment over the phone, they took the payment but never sent me the agreement ensign via mail in order to get a hard copy over the mail. I have already consulted with a lawyer. I want my money back as I see now their has been scam reports on both of these companies, Spartan 984-349-5087, Lakeshore Financial 833-616-0218.

Bad idea...anytime you make a payment it restarts the statute of limitations to forgive the debt. In this case 17 years you wouldnt have had to give them a dime they cant sue you anyway.

They are calling me for banking information on a past due bill. They were threatening and rude. And called me through different numbers. Please help put a stop to this. They seem to have information about me running back 15 years ago. Thank you very much I truly hope there can be a stop to this.

hello i received this call this morning from 8573664777 and they left a msg stating that they will serve me thru my HR department and i needed to call 8605668002 i called and they knew my last 4 of my ssn and said it was an account with US bank that was closed in 2017 i haven't had an account with US bank since 2008. they were rude and said i needed to speak with the arbitration department i was hung up on placed on hold.
