Jose A. Hernandez is the Service Manager for SPAS: Servicing Pool & Spas - he is paid to clean your pool. He does NOT clean MINE. I have spoken to him several times about attempting to clean the pool BETTER - to no avail. He is claiming to be a pool cleaning service and paid as a pool cleaning service - but never actually cleans the pool properly. SPAS; Servicing Pool & Spas is a SCAM! Please advise.
