I was searching for a toy poodle and came across the website, Specialpoodles.com I looked at the site and found a puppy and filled out application for suitability. After the purchase $500.00, sent Western Union. I received email confirming and puppy was to be shipped for free. Shipping company Pet 2U then requested $950.00 for insurance of puppy to be shipped and Western Union to be sent to another person.
