I've been receiving multiple calls from this company. They use a robo-dialer, as is apparent by the 5 seconds of silence at the beginning of their call. They do NOT identify themselves immediately, and instead ask for personal information. After asking them to identify themselves and the nature of their business with you (3 or 4 times), the most they will say is their company name of the company and that "this is a private business matter," nothing more, unless you comply with their questions about your personal data.

If you call the number back, the recording service requests your personal information, including social security number before letting you connect with a representative. If you refuse to enter your private information, the recording system repeats its options over and over. Only after hitting the "0" key on your phone about 100 times does the system say it will connect you with a representative. And only then does it mention that it has a federal responsibility to tell you it's a collection agency. Then instead of connecting you, the recording hangs up on you after telling you they're connecting you.

Everything about this is shady. I don't have any prior relationship with this company. They do not represent me in any way, yet they say they have an account associated with my phone number. I've never received any mail or email from them related to having an account or a transfer of debt to them.
