This company is a FRAUD, "Specialized Loan Servicing" out of Highland Ranch, Colorado are a 3rd third party debt collector and are attempting to steal a fully vested homestead home/property of 16years. Specialized Loan Servicing have created many fraudulent papers to pass them as instruments in the State of Florida. Specizlied Loan Servicing should be banned from the State of Florida for their fraudulent activities. Specialized Loan Servicing have committed perjury by submitting papers into the courts system to attempt to steal my home without having any rights which my home and property is fully paid for and we are fully vested for 16 years. Specialized Loan Serviciing have continued to file fraudulent papers and have more than 400 complaints and a class action suit, 1 star rating. Specialized Loan Servicing, why are they still conducting fraudulent in the State of Florida and still in business.
