I ordered a game

I order a game table on November 4 2023 and going back and forth with them my first package I got a tracking number they supposedly put my address in wrong then my second one they never provided a tracking number. I ask for a refund multiple times and they said they can't refund me

ITEM NOT RECEIVED NEITHER A REFUND

I bought a Christmas tree on November 1, 2023 and they were answering my emails until March 2024 saying that they had many orders, that they would send me a tracking number, that it would arrive in the next few days... and they never sent me a tracking number, nor did I receive the order, nor the money back that I also requested, nor anything. IT'S A BAD DEAL! I have already read more comments that they don't ship and they keep your money.

Item not received

Ordered item November 8th 2023 and never received. Emailed backwards and forwards, was told to use tracking number whic didn’t exist, check at post office to which they said they hadn’t received any items. Last email they said it had been delivered I questioned where, when and by who and now they are checking with their logistics team! I just want my money back which I know will not happen but why do Facebook not check these companies

Ordered item beginning November 2023 and still not received. After many emails and them giving me a tracking number that doesn’t relate to anything and telling me to check at the post office I have given up and requested refund but now I’m waiting for that

I wish I had seen this sooner! Ordered Folding Treadmill for medical rehab purposes 25th Oct 2023 - received receipt from RIION CREATE LTD but said to contact [email protected] for questions.. the number provided has voicemail message saying they can't accept calls! Numerous emails back and forth - no tracking number..then today (Dec 14th) email with tracking number but no info as to which carrier and advising allow 15-20 working days as the 'estimated arrival time' i decided to check out the company and found this website.. I am down by USD 47.99 ...Ho Ho Ho.. Merry Christmas to some heartless scam artist out there.. I saw the ad on Facebook.. does Facebook not do a check on people advertising stuff?

Jo Malone perfume scam

Ordered two Jo Malone miniature perfume sets on 30/10/23 for two of my granddaughters as Christmas gifts.
Received a confirmation email from Zhongshi@specialmenswear, but no tracking number at that time - would be sent in 3 days. Still no tracking number 3 days later, so I emailed Zhongshi, who apologised for delay, then sent me a tracking number.
Using tracking number, items were supposedly sent to Harleston in Norfolk in the South East of the U.K. - I live in Cheshire in the North-West of the U.K.
I have made enquiries with Royal Mail staff who looked into the matter for me, and they advised that it appeared to be a scam.
I have lost just short of £50 to these unscrupulous thieves!

I bought 2 jewellery organiser on 19th October and it said delivered on 17 November. I emailed the seller to inform that my parcel is not delivered to me by Royal mail but they put a picture when a woman received my parcel. My parcel is 2 and weight about 15kg each but the women who w[censored]ding the parcel was small box. Now I need my money back but I don't know how.

Ordered two beauty advent calenders in October from Zhongshi specialmenswear. Emailed in November and had an initial response that the tracking number couldn’t be matched to the order number as yet but no further response to my emails.

SPECIAL MENSWEAR SCAM

I purchased from Zhongshi Special Menswear a ceramic Xmas tree on the 1st November 2023. They sent me a tracking and order number which said it was delivered to me. Problem is it was delivered to someone in Wales and I stay in Scotland. Have since sent lots of Emails and have had no response from them. I have asked for a full refund but have received nothing.
