Website offering beautiful chihuahuas for sale. Sent a contract, was told initially no shipping fees as they had coupons. The day the puppy was to be delivered, received a phone call from the shipper that the airline is now requiring a climate controlled taxi. Would have to pay $980 .. of which $900 would be refunded at the time of delivery. Then there was s problem with the flight and the puppy wouldn’t be able to be delivered until the next day.

Then I received an email

stating that rhe puppy had a connecting flight and was in Detroit,Michigan and additional $800 was required for insurance to get the puppy

to final destination. The shipper was Edward Portman, from the Eastern Animal Travel Company. Phone number 540-208-3701.

Alan Parker was the seller. They finally quit emailing or texting
