I received a job offer from this coming but all they do is get my personal information. I thought its real at first and gave me a promising but then the girl ni[censored]a keep calling me nonstop agency don't do that but annoying ? scam will. It's crazy how desperate they are.im so upset you know I'm looking for job and I get this type of email . And, this is not the only one but others too. My suggestion for those ppl who looking job do not trust email come from different state and good to be true. Look for local agency

I worked for them from 10/2023 to 12/14/2023 as a Insurance Analyst 1. They are a legit company but They are shady in other ways.. But I saw this post, I didn't see a date on the post though. just commenting that they are real.. My initial recruiter's name was Shivangi Kapoor. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had a phone interview on 12-2021 with two representatives that explained the date of employment would be 2-9-2022 and elaborated on the different forms I will need to fill out to get started with employment. My personal information was submitted through their system. I was forwarded a drug test confirmation which I took the time out of my schedule to drive to a facility to get a drug test completed. I also completed an I9 form with all of my personal information. Days before the pending work schedule after all my personal information was submitted I get a call from Mr. Gerard stating there is no job position and I can decline on the next pending position that is scheduled 30 days from the date of original employment date. He also stated that all my information will be erased from the system and he will take my name off the pending work list because he doesn't have any positions available! When I asked for more information about the employment situation he got very agitated and relayed to call my recruiter who first called to interview me to see if she can get me another job opportunity. He also stated he will send me an email and text with all his contact information which I never received. A copy of my Social Security, Driver License, and bank information was also submitted to Mr. Ankash. I called the interviewing representative to see if she is able to find me a new position within this business and she said she will call me back the next business day. I have not heard from any representative about employment. When I further investigated with the ScamPulse.com the different complaints notates that this company is not registered with the bureau and the other complaints are stating the same situation as myself. They get all your personal information and then reply no job is available. Unfortunately, I did my research too late and I hope this comment helps others

Duration: 3-4 month’s assignment

Position summary:
Under the general supervision of an Operations Manager, the Customer Access Specialist will be providing advanced services to patients, providers, and caregivers on behalf of patients for a specific manufacturer sponsored program or set of programs.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities:
Provides advanced services to patients, providers and caregivers. Services could include but not limited to:a. Billing and coding support. Claims assistance, tracking and submission. Prior authorization assistance and tracking. Coordination of benefits. Benefit verification result call. Welcome calls g. Advanced alternate coverage research. Appeals/Denials. Intakes and reports adverse events as directed.
Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers; resolves any customer requests in a timely and accurate manner; escalates complaints accordingly.
Establishes themselves as regional experts regarding payer trends and reports any reimbursement trends/delays to management team (e.g. billing denials, claim denials, pricing errors, payments, etc.).
Processes any necessary correspondence.
Coordinates with internal and external service providers to ensure services are performed in accordance with program policy and within expected service level agreements (SLA).
Maintains confidentiality in regards to all patient sensitive information.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined standard operating procedures to determine appropriate action.
Required to be self-motivated, working from a queue (phone or system). Expected to perform work in accordance with defined standard operating procedures. Management will monitor queues and provide active feedback as required.
Performs related duties as assigned, could include well defined services generally performed by other program representatives (e.g. benefit verifications, PAP determinations).

Experience And Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, computer sciences, medical billing and coding, customer service or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associates degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Four years (4) + years directly related and progressively responsible experience required. A two-year degree can be used in lieu of 2 years of the experience requirement, a four-year degree in lieu of 4 years of experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge And Ability Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.
Advanced interpersonal skills.
Strong mathematical skills.
Basic analytical skills.6. Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
General knowledge of accounting principles, pharmacy operations, and medical claims.
Acceptable use of medical industry vernacular.
