On Feb 5th I was offered 2 promotions, one was for 600mb speed for internet at a cost of $******, and the other was for 200mb for a cost $*****. I was told that I can go with the 600mb and switch to the 200mb if I chose. I did call in to reduce the service, and am now being told that I would not be able to switch without losing the promotional price, and the 200mb service is actually more than we are currently being charged. This is a scam to get you to pay more in service and forcing a customer to pay for more expensive services. I was originally at 100mb internet speed which they no longer offer and you can only be grandfathered in. I am unable to go back to that 100mb level, so I have been bamboozled into paying almost double and no way to get the 200mb service option I was told I would have ABSOLUTELY no issue reducing. A poor excuse of company policy is the what I am being told when attempting to reduce the services. Poor business ethics and practices are the truth in the matter.
