A foreign speaking person posing as a Spectrum Internet employee wanted to reduce my monthly bill by 40% if I paid 5 years worth ip front of $482.00 dollars

I called Spectrum my internet provider and they confirmed they have no such offer. They also said they'd never contact by phone like that.
