I am someone who wants only internet - but unfortunately has to pay for both cable and internet as my apartment community signed a 7 years contract with a fraud company - Spectrum.
The internet is next to horrible. We have pathetic speeds and even I write this complain - there is no internet!
I am made to wait more than 40 minutes over call (855-895-5302) to raise my concern and they wont issue any Incident number.
Due to hybrid/remote work, a consistent internet is crucial to support my job.
With a hovering recession - I fear for my job and cant complain more about my horrible internet at my job.
They have started talking that I make excuses - I am slowly falling into depression!
Due to a signed lease with apartment community I cannot break the lease. If I do so - I'll have to pay 2 months rent as penalty.
And anyone who stays here cannot go for an internet service other than Spectrum. Please help me ...
