I was billed a week later for a month of service with a new account in my name. Nobody had heard of an Iphone offer. Nor had they heard of a free trial for one month. I called him from his business card and he never called me back. Apparently the items sent to my home self-activate in the box and like magic you have a billable account!
Charter did agree to remove the bill and cancel my account.
