I received a text offering a better deal with Spectrum & given a number to call. The call phone number is 1-980-280-0090. They offered a monthly payment of $85 per month bill which is nearly half of my current bill. They said that I'd have to pay the 1st 6 months immediately to get this deal by purchasing 2 Target gift cards worth $255 each. Later they called back telling me the store voided this transaction & I'd have to repay this amount & they'd mail me a check for the original amount that I paid. I called Spectrum directly & was informed this was a scam. I am trying to cancel this transaction with my credit card company but it has been a huge hassle trying to get this done. I have 2 other contact numbers to this scam company that may be helpful to you. 888-556-0724 866-315-1088 (supposedly an employee named Jenson)
