I received a call on cell phone, they left message that I might be eligible for 50% off my spectrum bill, so I called back 866-621-2998 the recording said Spectrum Mobile, Person sounded like he is from India. I gave my address and phone number, he put me on hold for a couple of minutes, then said I was able to reduce my spectrum bill to $120/month for the next 3 years if I pay 6 months in advance, $720.00. When I said I have to think about it he said it ends today, He said he would credit my balance owed right now if I sign up for this program, He said I could go on my spectrum account online and I could see the credit applied to my account. He knew by actual balance owed. How did he know ?? I said I had to think about it and hung up and called spectrum phone number listed on internet. they said they don't have any program like that.
