Spectrum Mobile sent me a used phone when I payed for a new one. They refused to take it back and send me an actual "new" phone. They blamed FEDEX saying that FedEx must have opened, then re-factory-sealed the box. The box had two sets of factory seals, one set trying to hide the other. There were finger prints and subtle scratches on the phone. They said I could exchange it but would be charged for damage and charged a $50 restocking fee. I found out from a customer support representative that they reseal with official stickers phones that have been returned by customers within 14 days, but were then "officially graded" as "like-new." Despite this being the obvious answer to why my phone had two sets of seals and fingerprints on the screen, he still blamed the shipping company. They are selling used phones and claiming they are new. This is unsafe and fraudulent.
