I got a call from Peter who said he was with Spectrum Promotional Department. He had an Indian accent. He was a fast talker. He said he would lower my Spectrum bill. I was hesitant. He wanted to know what package I had now and whether I had any premium packages. I gave him my name, address, phone number and date of birth. He said someone would be out on Monday to switch out equipment.
