Said the where giving me a discount on my internet services. They even had all my information from my account with spectrum and emailed me a confirmation that said it was from spectrum when I called spectrum. It was a scam.

Daniel - name of scammer. Calling my number. Does know information about me but could get it off the internet. Wanted my Spectrum name, security code, account number, and then started asking for credit card number.

Caller ID said Birch Bros. 704-627-4091

Female caller asking if I was the name she just asked. When I didnt say yes and tried hanging up, she asked if I heard of a video service. I told her I didnt want to talk, and she kept asking if I had heard of it.

I made a comment about enjoying the rest of my night. She made a chuckle and said she was about to enjoy her night after my phone call.
