The scam here is Kris gets you to sign up for a course as part of an employment scam and works in conjuction with learning-era for a kickback - I cancelled the course once i had time to follow up on Spectrum staffing and low and behold my interveiw also was cancelled

As i got a email from the hiring company your interview has been cancelled as they did a back hand verification check and got to know that you have cancelled your class from the e-learning company"
ONLY learning-era could have notified Kris of my cancellation
