I received a voice mail from 219-989-0610. Voicemail identified themselves as Sprectrum offering a 50% off your bill for three years. Returned to 855-893-1613. Spectrum's call tree answered so I picked zero to see if this was legit. Spent a long time asking questions and what was the catch. Spectrum and Target have worked out deal for 3 yrs to reduce the Spectrum rate if customer opened or used a used a Target Credit Card. I said there no way and then the second option was to pay with two gift cards but do not put over $390 on a card instead get two cards and divide the amount to $210 per card. He ( Jospeh Morgan ext 759) takes no money. He will send a credit of $70 to my Spectrum account. He confirmed I received the email. Which I did. He offered a confirmation #spc572. I was late for an appointment but when I finished, I called Spectrum Customer Service and this is a scam. I spoke with Spectrum Fraud Team and my account was changed. These people are very sophisticated as I received a Spectrum and Target commercial saying they working together. Also when you called 855-893-1613 it answered with Spectrum' call tree. I selected 0 for other. He also gave this number 844-296-2189 to call customer service to pay with the two gift cards.
