I ordered a NFL jersey through Sportial which turned out to be Spectrum Vintage. The site indicated shipment in 5-10 business days. Didn’t happen. I paid expedited shipping. Contacted the seller they gave me a usps tracking number that just says awaiting your materials has not been received by usps. They took my money through PayPal. I have escalated the claim and am waiting resolution. Not hopeful I’ll get what I ordered but I better get my money back.

I ordered some COVID-19 masks (with KISS Rock Group on them) back on August 21, 2020. It is now 12/22/2020 and I have not received them. Cost $99.91. Used PayPal. Contacted Seller; they said (just like another man posted here) that it was a problem with the shipping. They told me to wait. I waited a week. Heard nothing. PayPal said PayPal received proof from the seller that the material was DELIVERED. Interesting. They never told me that on my initial e-mail. The materials ordered were NEVER delivered. I will not use PayPal again and beware of any item with a US address on Facebook--that turns out to be a Chinese fraud company.
