The scammers have a way of diverting calls made to ******* and had my Debit card info from my ******* account. They latched a bogus name to my ******* internet account and sent an email via an unknown ******* email address as if I authorized to add an account user to my account. They then made a payment to my account. I called ******* and told them I did not authorize any of this activity and I had no bank account with such last 4 numbers. It was ignored. The payment declined and I received a message asking me to update my payment information. I had deleted my payment information from my account, canceled the card and refused to submit the request. I took photos of the information attached to my account, then deleted it, but they keep doing this. I requested a new ID account from whom I thought was *******, of course I was told they could not do this. All-in-all, they were able to somehow divert my calls from the actual ******* number, able to keep me from seeing the security information on my account, disable security settings, and disable my ability to see who they added to my account and what information.. I reset my phone and all passwords, removed payment info from my app, and changed my cell number. I just hope they didn’t pull any more of my personal information.
