I purchased clothing online from Shein. A company called Speedx was the carrier and they provided me a tracking link. The tracker was routinely updated and eventually ended with a status of my order being “delivered”. This was not true. I was at home at the supposed day and time of delivery and did not receive any packages. I checked my camera security footage which monitors my mailbox, driveway, doors, and front yard. There were no cars or pedestrians that came near my house during the time and date claimed as “delivered”. Speedx lists a contact number for customer service, and she attempted, it stated they do not accept calls, and to text. I texted for help and received automated messages only referencing the product was delivered. I also sent an e-mail to customer service, of which had similar automated replies. They are not a reputable company.
