I was contacted by email by the company of speedy Cash on behalf of Cash America group for a unpaid Payday loan in the amount of $1,280.18. if I wanted to resolve the matter immediately I can make a single payment of $753.18 contact was made by attorney James Davis from the email [email protected] said I needed to contact Christopher Heflin at [email protected] to secure my payment arrangements with my debit card and I had 24 hours to do so. Otherwise my county officials would be contacting me. They also informed me that a court found me guilty and had issued a warrant for search and seizure. And if I didn't want any more litigation to continue I needed to make the payment immediately.
