i ordered 10 t-shirts from this company used a capitol one credit card...i placed the order 7-11-23 tried tracking and says it was coming from china. on 8-29-23 i tried tracking it again and it said it was delivered on 8-24-23. which of course it was not. i tried contacting them and no response. .my total was $69.90

This company is a t-shirt company I ordered about a month and a half ago and I never received it so I reached out to the company sent an email and they said it was delivered and they gave me a tracking thing saying it is delivered which I believe they can make anything up I receive a lot of packages and I'm never having any of the issues I don't have their number and I don't know where they're from but when I sent my email they said they didn't want to do any refund they just want to send me shirts and I said no I want a full refund they said they couldn't do a full refund it was only going to be 50% and I said no I'll turn you into the Better Business Bureau because I believe this is a fraud this is a scam I don't believe this website is real I've read some reviews now dealing with this other people are saying the same once I said I was going to turn them into Better Business Bureau they said that it would give me 70% my money but now the email says that it's going to probably take about a month before I see my money I know it's not a large amount it's like 40 some bucks the whole fact of the matter that they do it to me and they do it some more people and they're making a killing it's ridiculous I just think you need to look into them and expose them thank you **** ******

After saying it was delivered and I explained it was not that agreed to give me half my money back. Then when I told them I would report them for scam they said they would give 100% back. I still haven't got it and it's been weeks. They used something called track 678 that was also scam.

The website is speedy-grin.com and they do not provide any form of communication besides a message center. I purchased 2 shirts from them that costed $23 and never received the product. I contacted them and was told that the product was left in my mailbox. It was never left in the mailbox. I told them that and then they told me they could not refund me because it was signed for. It was not signed for and couldn’t have been if it was left in my mailbox. After messaging them countless days they finally agreed to give me a refund and then they refund never came. When I contacted them about it I was told that the refund failed because there was an issue with my bank. I called my bank to find out there was no issues.

Speedy Grin Posted an ad for apparel for sale on Instagram. I placed an order and got a confirmation along with shipping tracking through a company called tracking 678. After a full month with no delivery, I emailed the company and they responded that it should be there “any day.” The tracking then changed to “delivered” and no package was received. I emailed the company and now they are saying the package was “signed for” and they can’t offer a refund. All of the email responses are lengthy and not written in proper English. This is a foreign company taking peoples money.
