The guy said that they were not allowed to take the payment from the bank or from western union because it was against their policy and that they had to get paid with a target gift card. I bought two separate target gift cards and sent him pictures of the receipt and the card scratch off numbers to his phone number and his email. After he received the pictures he assured me that the money will be transferred into my account and it never made it.
