Fraud & More Taking Money Out When They Know They Did Me Wrong

This the worst company in the world and I never write reviews but this one got my attention after fraud and taking out money out of my account with unauthorized 2 times. What they did was cancel my contract without my authorization then charged me $250, after they made the mistake. Now after 2 months they charged me again now even worse $383 on my card after they admitted they messed up. Called them and then they try to say well we can credit you $250 for your next cleaning, after the fact they committed fraud, this company is unbelievable, and did this 2 times now! You can clearly see the evidence and they claim they did me wrong on so many levels.

I was quoted by Speedycleans to clean 3 apartments for $38 each/$114 total. When I received the charge, they had charged me $543. They charged me a higher rate than I agreed to, and did not report additional cleaning time was necessary, then charged me for additional time. I asked their management to review the charge, and they responded that "the employee who gave you this ($38/hour) quote was a work from home employee" and the next day followed up with "we had confused the name on your account, but we can't honor your original quote". Total scammers. I had reached out to some peers in my industry after the fact and 2 of them had the same experience.
