Scam

This is a complete scam. I requested a refund 7 months after my purchase. This is the response I received from Lily aka Don.

This is very unusual. We presented the terms of service to you and asked you to accept the terms of service before we began any work.

And you did accept.

These days we have a no refund whatsoever policy, but back when you purchased we had a 100% money back guarantee. However, you have missed the deadline for requesting a refund. Also, refunds are requested over regular mail, not email. This was all in the terms of service that you agreed to.

The last thing we want is an unhappy person going away disappointed. However, I must point out that you stopped checking in. We ask everyone to check in every two weeks because we need to know what is or isn’t going on. And you checked in last in February and now you’re here asking for a refund?

This just doesn’t make any sense to us.

We would be willing to do a free recasting, but that’s as far as we are willing to go. You missed the deadline for requesting a refund. I am sorry.

After I asked for a refund I have been getting threatening emails! I was told that I am a scammer! This person really needs to be shut down ! Needs to be reported and shout down!

Lilly or whoever she claims to be took it upon herself to use the info that I gave her about my ex and found her phone number then told her that I was putting her business on social media! Like this [censored] was wrong as hell on so many levels but good thing she didn’t ruin [censored]! Ha
It’s just the simple fact that people reach out for help because they are vulnerable and for this person to do that is SICK and in fact illegal. Can’t wait to have my lawyer look into this.

Lilly is actually a man named Don Wilson. Don preys on innocent victims at potentially their most vulnerable points and pretends to sell a spell casting service. He pretends to be a woman named Lilly Wilson and even has a picture of some random girl he found on the internet that he uses to make it look like his potential victims are speaking with a woman. His contact info is below.

8809 Manor Loop APT 106 Lakewood Ranch FL 34202 is his physical address.

His company address that is posted on his website is UNIVERSAL SOLUTIONS - 7111 DIXIE HWY #375, CLARKSTON, MI 48346

He also had a website seductivespells.com but now uses spellcastersmoon.com for ripping people off.
