He told me that "they" will pay off his Discover Card of over $5,300.00. "they" had partial number to my Discover Card, I gave them the rest of the numbers. "They" supposedly paid it off, but according to Discover Card, it is "pending" at this time.
Was asked to "Register" for my winnings. Was told to get 3 - $500.00 Money Orders and mail them to: Matoaka, WV.
