Bought a spendwell card at dollar general, loaded 220 dollars and only 111 of it was able to be used before the “company” took the money and claimed the card wouldn’t work and that it wasn’t registered despite multiple Calls beforehand stating it was registered. And they charged five dollars on card despite saying it’s a free card. Filled in online trying to pay phone bill when it said transaction didn’t go through and yet the money was all gone. (When it’s under my name! I don’t want to be considered the one who used the money when the card itself took the money I wasn’t even able to use.)
