Act as if is seeking you out to help employ you by contacting you and even going as far is doing a personal, one on one "interview" of you, your resume and job potential, then never follows through, returns calls or emails and totally ignored after the fact. Must be a numbers game with this place and this is after I was told I had a "great resume" many times by the same person. Totally unprofessional and obviously not genuine.
