emailed and called me two hours before the flight and told me that the kitten needed a booster shot and insurance to fly the plane. The cost was a refundable $2000, (that the money would be refunded once the cat arrived). Told me to Zelle the $2000. I sent the money and didn’t hear back from the agency till the next day. They provided new flights for the cat. The day the cat was supposed to arrive they told me the cat got sick and couldn’t make the flight. The cat was at “pet disease control department” for a week. It got to a point where no one answered the phone or called me about the kitten anymore.
I made the purchase for the kitten December 25, 2019.
