Ad targets seniors to purchase a Fold-N-Go Walker Fold-N-Go Rollator Product. Since purchasing and never receiving I’ve seen many posts in the comment stream of the ad from others who never received their product either. The ad says product ships from California. I’m in CA, it did not arrive within and beyond the time frame. The 2-1 Walker Fold-N-Go Walker Fold-N-Go Rollator purchased 06/16/23 for $48.98 never arrived, never received a confirmation of order with order number. Only credit card charge.

Several days later received this from Cyclone Sam at [email protected]:

“Hi,

Thanks for your email, your order has been shipped out and on its way normally.

You can enter your tracking number:  AG713042710CN    here: https://www.17track.net/en for tracking your order and viewing details, but please note that there is a delay in updating tracking information in this online system.

And the shippers informed us that under the very strict custom inspection, which might cause the delay, could you please kindly wait for it  and we will offer you a biggest discount as compensation for the delay at that time.

Please wait patiently and feel free to contact us anytime.
