I ordered a product ($99.96) and received a UPS tracking text for the product. I received a small package in my mail for a smaller, wrong, much cheaper item. I am out my money as I cannot get in touch with anyone other than an automated email that they are extremely busy, holidays, and will get back with me. I urge you to avoid these people at ALL cost.

See one other complaint here against this on-line business offering adult products at a very low price. I should have known better, but gave them two chances to make it right. They didn't and did not refund me the purchase prices of 78.46 on 9/20/2019, and $78.46 on 8/22/2019.

Advise you do not do business with this website.

Spicyredpeppers.com is a bait & switch site. They offer adult novelty peices of all types on their website at a cheap price. I purchased a love doll and had it shipped out. Days after it has shipped i still haven't received anything, but they sent me a message saying that they sent me someone else's order and that whatever comes i should keep and they would refund me in full. I was supposed to receive it saturday and it hasnt shown & i havent gotten a refund yet. This company has wasted my time and used my money that was given to then apon purchase for something i have not received and wont. They also said that what i ordered is unavailable rite now and back ordered, but they have the same product up on their website under sale marked up 16.00$ higher than what i purchased it for. This company is a scam preying on people looking for bargains on adult novelty peices online. I ordered what they shown as a expensive love doll, and with the bait and switch they performed on me i will likely receive if anything, some rubber chicken blow up like doll thing i would never purchase that they likely dont even have advertised.
