Door to door salesperson offering pest control services and ongoing subscription for a discounted price and an annual contract with price locked in. Pay monthly, but only get quarterly pest control services. Person knocked on my home door located in Santa Rosa Ca 95405. Uniform was minimal now recognizable logos or business names. He took my info on a wireless tablet pad type device. Scheduled the first appointment for later that week. I never saw any car or van or vehicles with logos or company names. And never saw any equipment. Service person was another one different from original sales person. Both were young men in their 20's. Door to door guy went by name of Hayden Springer. I didn't like his sales pitch but went for it anyway because I really had been looking into getting pest services but was just too lazy to follow up, so this was a good opportunity I thought. Minimal effort on my part. But , he was suspicious. The whole thing suspicious. He claimed he was new to the area and he was from Illinois. He claimed that he had spoken to my neighbors on my street and that they were all signed up and he was trying to name drop -- but I don't know my neighbors that well and could care less about their pest services. The person's name Hayden, the addresses on the confirmation email all of it - seem fake. Nothing seems legit or checks out as a legit business in my area. When he was at my door he said his business was right down the way nearby, super vague. The email says address is 6115 State Farm Dr. Unit B2 Rohnert Park, CA 94928. And Rohnert Park was spelt wrong in the email. Another address was in the email: 2600 Beverly Drive Suite 109 Aurora IL, 60502. If you google these addresses, phone numbers, and business name - none of it looks valid. Smooth talking door to door information and credit card fraud it what it is. Please catch them red handed and put them in jail. Thank you, neither person ever entered my home. They were just outside.

I am also in Santa Rosa. I sort of slapped myself for wondering if even giving them my email address is enough to try and stick me with a contract. I got an email with NA in the contract where I am supposed to have signed. Was a “quote” and a second document stating I am a customer and I have three days to cancel. Reading BBB info it seems others have been stuck with an early termination fee for zero services. Yeah I’m nervous. Did you actually sign and give your credit card info? Maybe other people will see this and it helps.
