I googled "how to purchase Delaware fishing License online" this site came up, I entered all my info , clicked purchase expecting it to take me to final checkout , charged me 4.99 it didnt give me option to get licence , was not able to print or anything,just said thanks for purching your fishing licence , 3 days later they charged my debit again in amount of $23.99. THIS IS A SCAM!!!
