I ordered a coat for winter back in November or December. I have yet to receive it. I assumed it was taking longer because of the mail rush that happened in Dec. I emailed about 10 times most were to mainly tell them to stop emailing me about a product that was left in the shopping cart that i didnt want. Im getting these because the website will not let me take it out of the shopping cart but rhia was my initial way of reaching out to them because i realizes i hadnt got rhe coat i had ordered. So I replied to that email asking and no response. I went to the website and found another email. I emailed them repeatedly. No response then I finally got one weeks later asking what my order # was and now its been months and i have yet to hear back from them again. I dont know where they are located at, if its here in the US or anywhere. They have no address or phone number to contact them. Just an email address.
