Scammer keeps sending COVID test kits every month and billing Medicare. Packaging contained a customer note referring themselves as MG LLC and a support line number of 925-517-6756. Can never get through to speak with anyone to cancel. Medicare statement reflects service provider as Spine Group LLC in Broomfield, Co. This has been reported as fraudulent charges to Medicare. Trying to figure out how to make it stop or shut them down.

same scam..arrived. here 5-20-23. Same phone #. address shown CA Warehouse. 28381 Vincent Moraga Dr, Temecula, CA 92590 .. A couple of months ago we noticed that Medicare had been charged for tests that we didn't order and tried to report... Medicare took forever to respond and apparently the scammers have not been stopped.
