A man identifying himself as Erthan Barnes Called stating that he worked for Spinnaker resorts and that they were willing to buy back our unit. He said we needed to send $2100 and they would sell out unit for us.We called Spinnaker and they said that they do not buy back units and that in all probability it was a scam.

I purchased a time share package , when sighing up for the package it stated in the package that you must be married, the sales agent reassured me that it was no big deal that I didn't have to be married, when I tried to use the package they refused do to that I was a single male, They refused to refund my money but would extend the package, I figured I was just out my money but then they have called several times since and have tried to sell me other package deals and reassuring me that it would be ok if I was still single yet they still refuse to do anything about the first package
